Lighting slightly altered to emphasize the words.

In Chattanooga, our downtown library was vandalized a few weeks ago when someone spray-painted the words "nothing will change" on it. It contained a URL to a website, but I didn't bother to visit it. My friend Shawn and I came back a few weeks later, and someone used pink paint to spray over the "no" and made it say "Everything Will Change".

Very bizarre. We still have no idea who's doing it.
